Terms of sale

Applies once a paid version or purchases are offered.

1. Offers and prices

The content of each offer (extra games, removed limits, full version…) and its price including taxes are shown before purchase. The price paid is the one displayed when you order.

2. Purchases on the website

Payment is handled by our payment provider, shown at checkout. AL Company never has access to your card details. Content is unlocked as soon as payment is confirmed, and an order confirmation is sent to you by email.

Right of withdrawal. You normally have 14 days to withdraw. For digital content supplied immediately, this right ends once supply begins, provided you expressly requested it and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). This consent is requested at the time of purchase.

3. Purchases in the app

For purchases made in the app installed from the App Store or Google Play, payment, billing and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms. AL Company never has access to your card details. Content is unlocked as soon as the store confirms payment. Refund requests must be sent directly to Apple or Google.

4. Warranties

You benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee for digital content (articles L224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): if purchased content does not work as described, write to [email protected] to have it brought into conformity or, failing that, refunded.

5. Mediation

If a dispute with our customer service is not resolved, you may refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator: [nom et site du médiateur de la consommation].
